Onboard Project Manager
This full-time role will be based in Indonesia, also supporting various onboard initiatives for our dealer financing business. The candidate will be required to work very closely and cross functionally with the operations/onboard team in Indonesia,in optimizing and systemizing the onboard existing process; this includes (but not limited to) the development and implementation of trackers, automation of various operational processes, close communication with the team in adoption of these systems, develop effective ways of working cross-functionally etc.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Resurvey Process: Manage the entire dealers’ resurvey process, ensuring it is executed on time and within quality standards.
- Follow-Up for Failed Cases: Ensure regular follow-up for each failed case, managing communication with Business and various stakeholders to resolve issues and track progress.
- Coordination with stakeholders: Work closely with the onboard/Survey team to align the resurvey’s goals and processes, ensuring smooth coordination and execution.
- Data Collection & Reporting: Ensure accurate and consistent data collection from resurvey, analyse findings, and compile reports for team review.
- Problem Resolution: Identify challenges within the resurvey process and implement solutions to address any delays or obstacles.
- Quality Control: Maintain high-quality data collection, ensuring compliance with company standards
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing end-to-end project management.
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis, with experience in a business or automotive environment.
- Proven track record in leading growth and optimization projects to improve company profitability.
- Strong ability to collaborate with multiple external stakeholders to establish and maintain partnerships.
- Self-driven, with the capability to work independently and proactively manage business case follow-ups.
- Flexible and adaptable, thriving in multicultural and fast-paced work environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
