Responsibilities

Responsible for achieving the profitability targets.
Build and maintain a predetermined regional network, including generating leads for partnerships and property refinancing, qualifying leads, and retaining and expanding existing relationships.
Identify business opportunities and develop promotional activities to increase sales.
Assume a leadership role, monitor daily activities, provide go-to-market strategies, and ensure their execution.
Regularly evaluate the performance of all sales, credit, and collection activities.

Requirements

Proven experience in the mortgage or property sector, particularly within banking or financial institutions.
Strong and extensive network of property agents across the Greater Jakarta area.
Solid track record in leading and managing sales, credit, and collection operations in a banking environment.
Experience in managing supply chain business operations is a strong plus and will be highly valued.
Exceptional leadership capabilities with a history of building and guiding high-performing teams.
Known for upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
Broad industry insight and a well-established presence in the financial and property sectors.
