Sales Management Development Program
As a participant in the Sales Management Development Program, you will go through structured training and real-world exposure across multiple functions, aiming to become a Junior Branch Manager upon completion.
Responsibilities
Training & Development
- Participate in classroom and on-the-job training focused on sales, credit, appraisal, collection and legal processes.
- Complete all required modules and assignments within each phase.
- Assist in acquiring new customers and managing accounts.
- Achieve assigned sales targets during each OJT phase.
- Learn how to pitch, negotiate, and close sales deals.
- Collaborate with different departments (e.g., Credit, Collection, Legal) to understand end-to-end loan processing.
- Shadow senior staff to gain real-life insights and best practices.
- Manage a small sales team (e.g., 3 Account Officers) in the final phase of the program.
- Apply leadership skills in the field under guidance from mentors.
- Present planning and lesson-learned presentations at key checkpoints.
- Participate in regular performance reviews and feedback sessions.
- Bachelor’s degree from any major.
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Sales are also welcome.
- Demonstrates strong interest in sales, general management and has a growth mindset.
- Possess good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Energetic, proactive and target-driven.
- Willing to be placed and mobile within Jabodetabek area.
- Able to commit to the 12-month program.
