- Memberikan solusi yang cepat, akurat, dan lengkap untuk menjawab pertanyaan atau menyelesaikan kendala nasabah.
- Membangun dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan nasabah untuk memastikan kepuasan pelanggan serta mendorong loyalitas dan transaksi yang berkelanjutan.
Requirements
- Mahir menggunakan Google Docs dan Google Sheets untuk mendukung pekerjaan administratif.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi tertulis dan lisan yang baik.
- Proaktif, responsif, dan cekatan dalam menangani tugas.
- Memiliki wawasan tentang produk keuangan, seperti kredit atau paylater, menjadi nilai tambah.
- Bersedia bekerja secara on-site di kantor pusat Moladin, Jakarta Pusat, selama 2 minggu pertama masa magang.
