Manager/Supervisor

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets for our products.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telesales representatives to achieve sales targets and performance goals.
Conduct regular team meetings, coaching, and feedback to ensure team members are equipped to meet sales targets.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to stay informed about new products and initiatives.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
Own and maintain a strong database of potential and existing customers, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.

Requirement

Minimum 3 years of experience in telesales or sales leadership roles, preferably in the banking or financial services industry, with experience in selling KPR or similar products.
Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in team building and development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in database management and maintenance.
Comfortable making outbound calls to potential customers.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
