Responsibilities    
  • Manage partner registration and onboarding processes.
  • Conduct partner verification to ensure compliance and accuracy of records.
  • Distribute promotions, campaigns, and commercial updates to stakeholders.
  • Process partner-related payments in coordination with internal teams.
  • Maintain and update partner information in Moladin’s platform and systems.
  • Track and analyze partner performance, providing reports and insights to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the Sales & Partnership team to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (Diploma accepted with relevant experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, sales support, or partnership management (experience in automotive or financial services is a plus).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, data entry, and payment processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling partner information.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and coordination skills to work across teams.
  • Data management and reporting (Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools).
  • CRM and partner management systems.
  • Payment processing and basic financial administration.
  • Document verification and compliance handling.
  • Basic data analysis and performance tracking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Clear communication and coordination ability.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude.
  • Team player with a collaborative working style.
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities and fast-changing environments.
