• Acting as the liaison between the CEO and internal or external clients, while handling all requests and queries with professional judgment.
• Managing the CEO’s diary, scheduling meetings and appointments, and coordinating all travel arrangements.
• Devising and maintaining a comprehensive office filing system to ensure data is easily accessible.
• Handle personal tasks and errands to support the CEO's daily productivity.

• Possession of a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any major. A specific Personal - Assistant Diploma or relevant certification is considered a significant advantage.
• Proven professional work experience as a Personal Assistant.
• Proficiency in MS Office and a strong understanding of office management systems and procedures.
• Full fluency in English is a mandatory requirement.
• Outstanding time management and the ability to prioritize a heavy daily workload. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• The ability to multitask effectively while maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion.
