As a Data Analyst (Project Based), you will play a crucial role in supporting our piloting efforts by leveraging Google App Script and App Sheet to create innovative, low-cost, and time-efficient solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, operations, and stakeholders, to design and implement data-driven solutions that enhance our operations and help validate new ideas.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain data solutions using Google App Script and App Sheet to automate processes, track data, and support piloting efforts.
  • Collaborate with product and operations teams to identify data needs, design solutions, and provide actionable insights.
  • Create custom scripts and applications that integrate with existing tools and workflows, minimizing the need for engineering involvement.
  • Analyze and interpret complex datasets to inform decision-making and support the testing and validation of new initiatives.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and are scalable for future use.
  • Document processes, solutions, and best practices for future reference and scalability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong focus on developing non-engineering coding solutions using Google App Script and App Sheet.
  • Proficient in data analysis, with a deep understanding of SQL, spreadsheets, and data visualization tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design innovative, efficient solutions to complex challenges.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment, with a focus on piloting and testing new ideas.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
