Responsibilities

Prepare and record journal entries, including cash advances, settlements, reimbursements, and other daily transactions.
Input and verify invoices received, ensuring completeness of supporting documents.
Review and validate documents cash advance settlements.
Process operational expense (OPEX) payments accurately and on time.
Input invoices and maintain outstanding Accounts Receivable (AR) records.
Prepare report for monthly closing and perform reconciliation with the Trial Balance.
Maintain proper filing of finance documents, both softcopy and hardcopy.
Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation when needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar accounting or finance role.
Proficient in using accounting software or ERP systems.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Good understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations; knowledge of taxation is preferred.
Able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
