Customer Support & Operations Intern
- Maintain and update operational records using Google Sheets.
- Input and organize data accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries from online ads (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.).
- Follow communication templates and escalate complex inquiries when needed.
- Collaborate with the team to improve operational workflows.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Basic proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, sorting/filtering, data entry).
- Strong written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Fast learner and team player.
- Availability to work part-time (flexible hours, remote or in-office depending on your setup).
