General Manager SME
- Lead, coach, and oversee Area Managers and regional teams to achieve business growth and portfolio quality targets.
- Develop and execute SME financing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Drive expansion of SME lending through strong market insights, partnerships, and distribution networks.
- Ensure credit quality, risk management, and portfolio performance are well maintained.
- Build a strong performance culture with clear KPIs, accountability, and leadership development.
- Collaborate closely with Credit, Risk, Operations, and Product teams to scale sustainably.
Requirements
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in SME Banking.
- Proven experience leading Area Managers or Regional Heads across multiple regions.
- Strong knowledge of SME market dynamics in Indonesia, including secured and/or productive lending.
- Demonstrated leadership, execution, and people development skills.
- Extensive network within SME ecosystem (entrepreneurs, dealers, agents, partners, or local business communities).
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
