Responsibilities    
  • Provide Administrative Support.
  • Handle administrative work by collaborating closely with the cross-functional team, i.e. engineering, marketing and product teams.
  • Maintain new and existing products’ configurations or rules setup.
  • Perform a variety of clerical duties requiring knowledge of departmental procedures Operational Support.
  • Provide product operational support to product managers.
  • Help to solve & follow through operational problems by coordinating with various stakeholders.
  • Familiar with relevant tools to do checking & identification of problems.
  • Project Support for Specific Features or Product.
  • Provide support for specific projects and/or the smallest stream under the project.
  • Do testing based on reference or checklist given by product managers and report the result as it is.
  • Document on how-to-use or product guideline - include screenshot apps or landing page based on guideline or direction from product managers Provide Data Reporting.
  • Gather & collect necessary information or data for reporting.
  • Conduct analysis for reporting; provide basic insight with the guideline or direction from product managers.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Open for all majors, but candidates with Math/Statistics/Computer Science/Engineering will be preferred.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Office Suite 
  • Able to communicate in English and Indonesia, via verbal and written medium.
  • Able to write and execute database queries using MySQL and MongoDB.
  • Understand the pull request mechanism and basic CI/CD workflow (e.g., Bitbucket, Jenkins).
  • Having an interest in product management is a plus point.
  • Good attention to detail for data entry and good problem solving skills.
  • Have a strong willingness to learn.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of curiosity, strong ownership and can-do attitude.
  • Available to work for 6 days a week.
