Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools with excellent quality of resolve and in a quick manner.
  • Uphold the company's brand image by delivering service that aligns with our values and standards, and by maintaining a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.
  • Collect and document customer feedback, and relay relevant information to the management team to help drive improvements in products, services, and processes.
Requirements
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Google Document and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail over extended periods of time.
  • Proactive, responsive, and efficient.
  • Valuable if familiar with credit products (paylater)
