Collection Supervisor Task Force
- Lead and oversee the implementation of collection strategies and activities across multiple branches.
- Monitor branch collection performance and ensure cost efficiency.
- Responsible for achieving collection targets across all assigned branches.
- Manage relationships and coordination with third-party collection agencies.
- Handling recovery and solving difficult cases in rural areas across Indonesia.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Collection and Recovery Supervisor in a financial institution is mandatory.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to train and mentor collection teams.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities, especially in challenging situations.
- High level of ethical commitment and trustworthiness.
- Established network of agency collectors.
- Willing to travel for business across Indonesia.
