Responsibilities

Memenuhi target bulanan untuk melakukan Recovery.
Melakukan koordinasi dengan Internal (Collection dan Sales/Business) dan External (Kepolisian, Kejaksaan, Pengadilan Negeri, Advokat, dan lainnya) terkait penanganan perkara.
Melakukan upaya hukum seperti Gugatan dan/atau Permohonan di Pengadilan Negeri.
Mewakili Perusahaan dalam penanganan perkara dan/atau membuat korespondensi dengan pihak terkait.
Melakukan laporan harian dan mingguan terkait penanganan perkara.

Requirements

Lulusan Sarjana Hukum (S1).
Memiliki sertifikasi Advokat menjadi nilai tambah.
Pengalaman di kantor Advokat lebih diutamakan.
Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman di bidang Litigasi dan/atau Collection.
Terbiasa dan nyaman melakukan perjalanan dinas atau business travel.
Bersedia ditempatkan di Surabaya (terbuka untuk kandidat dari luar kota).
Pendidikan S2 atau sedang menjalani studi S2 menjadi nilai plus.
