Bank Relations & Institutional Funding (VP/SVP)
This role combines strategic debt capital sourcing with direct operational involvement in bank relationship management, facility structuring, treasury optimization, and regulatory alignment. The position serves as the primary executive liaison for 3rd-party commercial banks, institutional lenders, multi-finance partners, and external auditors to ensure seamless capital allocation and liquidity for Moladin's lending operations.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary executive lead in establishing, negotiating, and maintaining strong strategic relationships with 3rd-party commercial banks, multi-finance partners, and institutional debt lenders in Indonesia.
- Directly manage the end-to-end negotiation, structuring, drawdown, and covenant monitoring for debt facilities, joint-financing (pembiayaan bersama) arrangements, and warehouse lending lines.
- Serve as the primary liaison for all banking-related, statutory, interim, and specialized external audits, coordinating directly with Big 4 or major accounting firms to ensure audit readiness and swift resolution of findings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in directly negotiating, managing, and maintaining credit facilities, debt structures, or joint-financing partnerships with 3rd-party commercial banks and institutional lenders in Indonesia.
- Experience in Financial Governance and OJK regulatory frameworks is a plus.
- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience in banking relations, corporate finance, or treasury management.
- Direct operational experience within Fintech, Multi-Finance (Perusahaan Pembiayaan), SME/Commercial Banking, or High-Growth Tech in Indonesia.
- Execution-oriented mindset with high bandwidth for both strategic facility structuring and field-level operational details.
- Uncompromising professional integrity and strict commitment to governance standards.
- Professional fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal) required for formal regulatory interface, banking negotiations, and investor management.
