IR & HR Compliance Specialist
- Manage and prepare Industrial Relations (IR) documents, including Warning Letters, Employment Agreements (PKWT/PKWTT), SOPs, Employment Certificates, and other HR-related documents.
- Manage the registration and reporting of Mandatory Manpower Reporting (Wajib Lapor Ketenagakerjaan/WLTK) for company entities, including monitoring validity periods and ensuring timely data updates.
- Manage Mandatory Facility Reporting (Wajib Lapor Fasilitas/WLF), including document verification, facility data preparation, and ensuring compliance with applicable requirements.
- Support the preparation, review, revision, and socialization of Company Regulations (Peraturan Perusahaan/PP), including data collection, coordination with Legal, and online submission for approval.
- Support the development and periodic review of employment policies, HR SOPs, and Code of Conduct to ensure alignment with applicable labor regulations.
- Monitor employment compliance and identify potential gaps or risks related to labor regulations and HR practices.
- Maintain and organize IR-related documentation and records, both softcopy and hardcopy, ensuring proper filing and easy retrieval.
- Support the handling of Industrial Relations cases, including bipartite negotiations, mediation, and proceedings before the Industrial Relations Court (PHI), when required.
- Collaborate with People Partners, Legal, Audit, Business teams, and other stakeholders on cross-functional Industrial Relations and HR compliance matters.
- Prepare regular IR and HR compliance reports for management, covering documentation status, ongoing cases, WLTK/WLF, and other compliance matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, preferably with a basic understanding of Indonesian Labor Law and employment regulations.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Industrial Relations, HR, Legal, or a related field.
- Good understanding of basic Indonesian employment laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good written and verbal communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and structured, with strong attention to accuracy and documentation.
- Familiar with HR/IR administrative processes and documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with various stakeholders, including HRBP/People Partner, Legal, and Management.
- Strong interest in Industrial Relations, HR Compliance, and employment law.
