Deputy Head Collection
- Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize the collection process.
- Assume leadership of the collection team, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.
- Analyze and evaluate collection data to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Implement innovative collection strategies to minimize delinquency and reduce bad debt.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in the collection activities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners and agencies involved in the collection process.
- Prepare and present regular reports on collection performance to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 5 years in a senior-level collection management role in the multifinance industry or Banks.
- Thorough understanding of debt collection laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- Achievement-oriented mindset with a focus on surpassing collection targets.
- Flexible in adapting to changing environments and implementing process improvements.
