Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of desk collection professionals, offering guidance and support to ensure high performance.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve collection policies and procedures to optimize efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze collection data, identifying trends and areas for improvement to enhance results.
  • Ensure all collection activities adhere strictly to company policies and legal standards.
  • Provide management with regular, detailed reports on collection performance and key metrics.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, addressing and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Manage delinquent accounts, negotiating payment plans with customers to secure timely payments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in desk collection, preferably within the finance industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
  • Proven leadership and management abilities, with a track record of driving team success.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve conflicts.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collection management software.
