The ideal candidate will have experience in a leadership role in credit underwriting . You will work closely with the operations and onboarding teams to identify gaps, improve workflows, and maintain high-quality data practices. The role also involves supporting onboarding operations by streamlining processes and helping implement tools that improve efficiency. Responsibilities
Resurveys
- Manage End-to-End Resurvey Process: Ensure timely, high-quality execution of dealer resurveys in line with business goals.
- Audit-Minded Case Follow-Ups: Track and follow up on failed cases with a structured, audit-informed approach—resolving issues in coordination with Business and Operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Survey and Onboarding teams to align processes, eliminate friction, and ensure accountability.
- Data Collection & Reporting: Ensure complete and accurate data capture, perform structured analysis, and prepare reports suitable for internal and audit use.
- Problem Solving & Risk Management: Identify challenges or delays, implement corrective actions, and recommend process improvements.
- Quality Control: Maintain high-quality data collection, ensuring compliance with company standard
- Support the onboarding team as needed, particularly in streamlining operational workflows, process standardization, and issue resolution.
- Help design and implement onboarding tools, trackers, and automation to support scalability and transparency.
- Partner with local teams to promote adoption and continuous improvement of onboarding practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in credit underwriting within car financing, financial services or automotive-related industries is a must, with minimum 4 years in a Managerial level.
- Experience in audit / compliance is a plus.
- Project management experience is a plus, especially in overseeing operational workflows or cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to structure and manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with data collection, operational reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently while building strong relationships across teams.
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to work cross-functionally and cross-culturally.
