Responsibilities

Membantu proses input data ke dalam sistem custody atau sistem internal perusahaan.
Memastikan kelengkapan dokumen serah terima jaminan sebelum dilakukan penyimpanan.
Membantu proses pengiriman dokumen ke cabang sesuai dengan jadwal dan prosedur yang berlaku.
Melakukan pemindaian (scanning) dokumen fisik untuk digitalisasi arsip.
Mendukung kegiatan administrasi lainnya yang berkaitan dengan operasional tim Custody.

Requirements

Fresh graduate dari berbagai jurusan.
Teliti, rapi, dan terbiasa menggunakan Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Drive, dan lainnya).
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, serta mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
