Senior Field Collection (Semarang)

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the performance of the Third-Party team, ensuring all standards and targets are consistently met.
  • Manage all Third-Party team operational activities, including briefing and debriefing processes.
  • Monitor and ensure team performance standards and compliance with company policies and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with trainers, supervisors, and management to improve collection rates for NPL (Non-Performing Loan) late users.
  • Conduct regular meetings with the management team to review performance outcomes and propose actionable solutions.
 
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in finance, banking, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
  • Strong interest in the financial technology industry.
  • Prior experience in Agency Management is highly preferred.
  • Proven abilities in coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team building.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and Google Drive.
  • Excellent communication, investigative, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional analytical capabilities.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (preferred).
