General Manager SME

• Lead, coach, and oversee Area Managers and regional teams to achieve business growth and portfolio quality targets.
• Develop and execute SME financing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Drive expansion of SME lending through strong market insights, partnerships, and distribution networks.
• Ensure credit quality, risk management, and portfolio performance are well maintained.
• Build a strong performance culture with clear KPIs, accountability, and leadership development.
• Collaborate closely with Credit, Risk, Operations, and Product teams to scale sustainably.

• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in SME Banking.
• Proven experience leading Area Managers or Regional Heads across multiple regions.
• Strong knowledge of SME market dynamics in Indonesia, including secured and/or productive lending.
• Demonstrated leadership, execution, and people development skills.
• Extensive network within SME ecosystem (entrepreneurs, dealers, agents, partners, or local business communities).
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
