Collection Supervisor Task Force

• Lead and oversee the implementation of collection strategies and activities across multiple branches.
• Monitor branch collection performance and ensure cost efficiency.
• Responsible for achieving collection targets across all assigned branches.
• Manage relationships and coordination with third-party collection agencies.
• Handling recovery and solving difficult cases in rural areas across Indonesia.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Collection and Recovery Supervisor in a financial institution is mandatory.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to train and mentor collection teams.
• Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities, especially in challenging situations.
• High level of ethical commitment and trustworthiness.
• Established network of agency collectors.
• Willing to travel for business across Indonesia.
