Litigation SME Officer

Responsibilities
  • Mempersiapkan draft surat menyurat termasuk namun tidak terbatas; Tanggapan, Jawaban, Duplik dan lainnya.
  • Melakukan upaya hukum mewakili Perusahaan termasuk namun tidak terbatas; Pertemuan dan/atau Mediasi, Somasi, Laporan Polisi, Gugatan, Permohonan Eksekusi Pengadilan, dan lainnya.
  • Membangun dan menjaga hubungan dengan Instansi terkait seperti; Balai Lelang, Pengadilan Negeri, Kepolisian dan lainnya.
 
Requirements
  • Lulusan Sarjana Hukum (S1).
  • Sedang atau telah lulus Magister Hukum (S2) diutamakan.
  • Pengalaman bekerja di kantor Advokat bidang Litigasi dan/atau Perusahaan Jasa Keuangan antara 3 - 5 tahun diutamakan.
  • Menguasai eksekusi jaminan property.
  • Telah mengambil Sumpah Advokat dan Kartu Tanda Advokat (KTA).
  • Terbiasa dan nyaman melakukan perjalanan dinas.
