Compliance Strategist

• Maintaining policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Developing and implementing corrective action plans for any potential compliance risks/issues.
• Preparing reports/data/documents on compliance activities and OJK audit by maintaining accurate records.
• Monitoring changes in regulations and industry best practices, ensuring the organization stays informed and compliant with the latest requirements.
• Maintaining all our current active dealer partner by visiting/asking about their sales condition updates.
• Monitoring all the distribution process to customer/dealer partner.
• Creating virtual dealer by collaborating with Marketing team.
• Creating dealership agreement with other dealer partner.
• Creating partnership with other third parties (such as: financing aggregator).
• Preparing reports/data regarding EV current market and our credit cost condition.

• A bachelor's degree is generally required, with fields like Law, Business Administration, Accounting or Finance being preferred.
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply or 1+ years of experience in a legal, compliance, risk, internal audit or related field is a common requirement.
• Strong analytical, communication (both verbal & written in english and bahasa) and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.
• Willing to learn, detail oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Good microsoft office skill (such as excel, powerpoint, word & etc).
• Ability to work in fast paced environment and able to manage multiple priorities by having good time management.
• Have good knowledge of OJK regulation s and Indonesian financial services laws is a plus.
