Product Operation Associate

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and product teams, to handle administrative tasks.
• Maintain configurations and rules set up for both new and existing products.
• Perform various clerical duties requiring knowledge of departmental procedures.
• Provide operational support to product managers.
• Assist in resolving operational issues by coordinating with various stakeholders.
• Utilize relevant tools for problem identification and resolution.
• Support specific projects and smaller streams within larger projects.
• Tests are conducted based on guidelines or checklists provided by product managers, and the results are reported accurately.
• Document usage instructions and product guidelines, including screenshots of apps or landing pages, following product managers' directions.
• Gather and collect necessary data for reporting purposes.
• Conduct analysis and provide basic insights based on guidelines or directions from product managers.
• Provide administrative support.

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. While all majors are considered, candidates with degrees in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering are preferred.
• Attention to detail for data entry and strong problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated strong willingness and ability to learn.
• A self-starter with a strong sense of curiosity, ownership, and a proactive attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Office Suite (knowledge of SQL is an advantage).
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Indonesian, in both verbal and written formats.
• An interest in product management is advantageous.
• Availability to work six days a week.
