To conduct independent and continuous branch monitoring as the first line of internal audit assurance at the branch-level, ensuring adherence to company policies, internal controls, and relevant regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct operational and compliance audits, and surprise checks (e.g., BPKB check) at the assigned branch to ensure adherence to company standards and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Conduct independent and continuous monitoring of branch-level operations to identify and report promptly any irregularities, potential instances of fraud activities, operational errors, non-compliance with company policies, or breaches of ethical standards.
  • Assist and support HQ (Jakarta) audit team in the execution of deep dive audit branch monitoring and investigation, gather and inspect relevant data, documents, and evidence to understand the processes and potential gaps.
  • Document audit findings and evidence in working papers, prepare audit reports by drafting initial findings and recommendations, and participate in review meetings with auditees to clarify findings and gather feedback.
  • Maintain audit documentation. Ensure all audit documentation is organized, complete, and structured.
  • Track the implementation status of agreed audit recommendations and assist in validating corrective actions during follow-up reviews at branch-level.

Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimal 1 year of relevant experience in Internal Audit or branch operations, especially in the financial industry or leasing company is a must.
  • Have strong knowledge of the leasing industry and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Have basic knowledge of audit procedures (e.g., sampling, internal controls) and familiar with Excel, Gsheets and PPT is required.
  • Possess a good analytical thinking and logical thinking, strong attention to detail, have a positive attitude, fast learner, willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment, self-motivated and the ability to work proactively alone (independently) or as part of a team and manage time effectively.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Understands operational processes through interviews and questioning, and conduct follow-ups.
  • Willingness to be stationed at the assigned branch/subsidiary (resident).
  • Willing to travel. Able and willing to drive a motorcycle and car for audit visits and must possess a valid driving license.
  • Have high integrity and have no family relationships with Moladin's employees or mitra (e.g., micro dealers, debtors, DC mitra).
  • Willing to join immediately.
