Responsibilities

Responsible for marketplace unit sales transactions.
Providing operational support to customers related to unit sales transactions.
Handling and monitoring the end-to-end transaction process in the Marketplace and resolving related issues.
Conducting audits and Monitoring stock by e-commerce platform.
Creating payment requests for mobilization costs to the auction company.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Preparing Purchase Requisitions (PR) and confirming Purchase Orders (PO) related to asset purchases.
Coordinating with asset/inventory officers in planning adjustments for auctions.
Communicating cross-functionally between departments.

Requirements

At least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field is preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative roles (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Proficient in computer operations, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good communication skills.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Strong data management and filing skills.
Honest, disciplined, and responsible.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
