Responsibilities
  • Design and implement operational flows at MOFI to support the company in becoming a leading digital multi-finance institution in Indonesia.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations in the lending business, including branch operations, verification processes, fiduciary processes, insurance handling, and collateral document management, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Create and update policies and procedures (SOP) for all operational activities.
  • Lead and manage a large team (>50 people) at headquarters and branches, providing direction and making daily operational and business decisions, including escalating any operational issues to management.
  • Design operational dashboards to track productivity, SLA, and cost management effectively.
  • Foster a zero-fraud environment in the company and identify potential operational backlogs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from a reputable university.
  • 5-10 years of experience as an Operations Manager, overseeing various operational functions. Experience in lending organizations is a strong advantage.
  • Proven expertise in project management and issue resolution.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large teams (20+ members), with a proactive approach and strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and inspire teams.
