Risk Business Intelligence
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams specifically but not limited to Credit, Risk and Operations to understand their reporting needs and proactively identify opportunities for analysis.
- Prepare monthly & quarterly report related to underwriting process (conversion, sales and team performance, SLA, etc) and portfolio monitoring (DPD, NPL, WO, Repo, etc).
- Analyze complex datasets and identify data quality and data structure issues, and work with the relevant stakeholders to address them.
- Identify, design, implement various trackers, reports and automation workflows to enhance operational efficiency and cross-team visibility.
- Maintain and improve existing reports and dashboards.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or in a relevant field with a strong academic track record.
- 2–4 years of experience in fintech, multifinance, or financial services startup.
- Proficient in Google Sheets, SQL (BigQuery), Looker Studio for Reporting.
- Prior experience in languages/interfaces like Python and Appscript for Automation.
- Analytical mindset, high accuracy in detail, and always works with structure.
- Understanding of credit lifecycle, credit bureau check, and fiduciary processes & data is a plus.
