• Prepare, draft, and send Warning Letters (Surat Peringatan / SP) to customers in accordance with company policies and timeline.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer data before letter issuance.
• Maintain and update tracking logs for all warning letters sent.
• Coordinate with notaries for fiduciary registration, amendment, and release (roya) processes.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of legal documents related to fiducia agreement.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Collection, Legal, Operations) for document requirements.
• Maintain and update databases for warning letters and fiducia record.
• Handle document filing (physical & digital) in a structured and auditable manner.
• Assist in dispute handling related to warning letters or collateral status.
• Organize and archive physical and digital documents properly.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding cases or pending documentation.

• Final-year student or fresh graduate, preferably in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
• Eager to learn about legal documentation and collection processes.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
