Collection Ops Admin Freelance
- Support day-to-day operational activities, including but not limited to being the first touchpoint for the operational teams, requesting settlements, and handling operational issues.
- Actively identify recurring issues and propose solutions.
- Supervise operational activities and report issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any major.
- Proficient in Excel, particularly in Vlookup, Hlookup, and Pivot Table.
- Able to work in shifts as needed.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good logical and analytical thinking.
- Ability to adapt to changing plans and handle multiple priorities.
- Able to work effectively in team settings.
